Directors Board

All of the institution’s activities are directed and supervised by a Board of Directors, which is responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of ENLAC’s mission and the optimal use of its resources. Its members contribute their time, talent, and experience to support the strengthening and growth of the institution.

The Board of Directors is made up of five members: three business professionals, one engineer, and one Montessori guide, who contribute their knowledge and experience for the benefit of ENLAC.

The institution also has an Advisory Council, made up of six individuals from different sectors and professional backgrounds, who provide support by contributing ideas, knowledge, and recommendations. This Council has a voice but no vote and therefore does not participate in the formal decisions of the Board of Directors.

Every two months, the Board of Directors holds a regular meeting, for a total of six meetings per year. In addition, an Annual General Meeting is held to review the institution’s activities, evaluate progress, and continue working toward the fulfillment of ENLAC’s mission.
