What is the VARUOS Method?

The VARUOS Method works with damaged areas of the brain through constant and frequent sensory stimulation, using a series of programs that promote each child’s comprehensive development.

Which programs are included?

Educational and life-skills training program

Physical development and neurological organization program

Artistic expression workshop

Medical and psychological care

Nutritional guidance

Life-changing outcomes

It improves quality of life by:

01

Improving health

02

Strengthening independence

03

Laying the foundation for a productive life

04

Developing functional skills according to the child’s injury

05

Facilitating inclusion in every area of life

Neurological organization

How does the VARUOS Method work?

The brain grows through use. It is very important to have a strong neurological treatment program that revisits missed or incomplete developmental stages, helps achieve proper brain oxygenation, and incorporates an appropriate diet.

Input pathways

The world enters the brain through the senses.

The VARUOS Method recognizes sight, hearing, and touch as the most important and meaningful pathways into the brain for human development. It calls them visual, auditory, and tactile competencies.

Sight

Visual competency

Hearing

Auditory competency

Touch

Tactile competency

Output pathways

Opportunity turns stimulation into action.

The method also distinguishes three output pathways: manual competency, mobility competency, and language competency. These develop when children are given opportunities to use these functions.

Manual competency

Mobility competency

Language competency

Frequent stimulation promotes maturation.

Our methodology stimulates these competencies through a series of sensory activities, enabling the brain to process information.
